Our Services Where
at all possible the medical care for the client will always be provided by the
same nurse. Our Care Service Advisor will visit you at home, to establish the
requirements of nursing and level of care. If the patient is still in hospital
we will come and see them there. Whenever possible, and where practicable, we
include the relatives to accomplish the nursing requirements and establish a
full understanding of available resources and assistance. According to the
nursing requirements and instructions of the doctor we will set up a nursing
plan in cooperation with the patient. At
all times we will assist with the identification and processing of any patient
entitlement with personal medical insurance. All data associated with the
patient and the nursing progress are kept in a standardized system to meet all
the requirements of prevailing data protection legislation. Basic care

Terminal
care Nursing Nursing is to carry out caring support within the requirements of any medical treatment and, with the appropriate level of medical care, this can often shorten, or even prevent, hospitalisation. All treatments will be undertaken by a registered nurse in accordance to a Docters advice.
· deal with external urinary and bowel problems We
ensure that any medication prescribed by the doctor is professionally and
competently administered.
